Faisal H. Aboul-Enein


Mr. Aboul-Enein is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas Woman’s University and Family Nurse Practitioner/ Nursing Instructor at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Mr. Aboul-Enein began his nursing career working in Saudi Arabia providing primary care. He has held many clinical, leadership and educational positions, including staff nurse on a renal transplant unit, ICU nurse, administrative supervisor and nurse practitioner in triage services.

Mr. Aboul-Enein received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Arkansas with Magna Cum Laude honors. He continued on with his graduate studies and completed a dual Masters degree in Nursing and Public Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

Mr. Aboul-Enein has completed numerous publications and presentations, internationally and nationally. His research interests lie in nursing workforce development, international health, and health policy making. He is currently enrolled as a doctoral student pursuing a Doctor of Public Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Mr. Aboul-Enein is a Lieutenant in the United States Public Health Commissioned Corp as an inactive reserve officer. Mr. Aboul-Enein has effectively led in practice, education and research.
