Joseph Napolitano

Joseph Napolitano is a program officer at The Dorothy Rider Pool Health Care Trust in Allentown, PA. The Trust was created 27 years ago through the will and estate of Mr. Leonard Parker Pool, the founder of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., and named in honor of his first wife, Dorothy Rider Pool. The organization is committed to improving the health care of the citizens of the Lehigh Valley.
Immediately prior to joining The Trust, Mr. Napolitano was a nurse, nurse practitioner and manager of the Trauma-Critical Care Surgical Intensive Care Unit at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He has also been privileged to work at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York and HealthEast in the Lehigh Valley.
Mr. Napolitano's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology-Chemistry / Philosophy from Skidmore College, a Master's of Public Health in Hospital Administration from Yale University, and a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Napolitano is also a recent graduate of the Leadership Lehigh Valley program. He is currently enrolled in the doctoral program in nursing at New York University.
Mr. Napolitano currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Wellness Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley and the steering committee of The United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley's Alliance on Aging program.
